Dole Ocean Cargo Express, LLC will be increasing the Costa Rica Terminal Handling Charge (THC) on September 7th, 2025, by the following amounts:

• Increase of $20 per container any size/type for import cargo to Costa Rica via Puerto Moin.
• Increase of $19 per container any size/type for export cargo from Costa Rica via Puerto Moin.

The above increase will be applied to all cargo shipments, import and export, moving under tariff and service contracts to/from United States of America and Canada to/from Costa Rica via Puerto Moin.
