The 3rd CSN Mediterranean Crewing Conference, titled “Empowering Seafarers: Innovations in Welfare, Training, and Digital Transformation”, will take place on 25 June 2025 at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre in Athens. Under the theme “Empowering Seafarers: Innovations in Welfare, Training, and Digital Transformation,” the 3rd Mediterranean Crewing Conference brings together maritime industry leaders, experts, and innovators to explore the latest advancements shaping the future of crewing and ship operations.
The conference is placed under the auspices of the Propeller Club and supported by WISTA Hellas, HELMEPA, WIMA, Mediterranean Maritime Academy, Port Captains Club and AMMITEC.
Attendance is free of charge for all members of the supporting organisations. However, attendees are encouraged to contribute to the charity foundation supported by the conference, with the option to donate indicated during registration.

This is going to be the third event of CSN for Crewing in Athens for three concecutive years and we would like to invite you to support the conference. The attendance of the conference is free for all employees of shipping and shipping related organisations of the supporting associations of the conference in Greece, but we welcome anyone who wants to contribute to the charity foundation LifeLine Hellas by indicating it at the registration.

Adonis Violaris, Managing Director of CSN will conduct an On-Stage Spotlight Interview with Stylianos Psillakis, Technical Director at Columbia Group.
This engaging session will consist of a 10-minute moderated conversation exploring key issues and insights from Mr. Psillakis’s extensive industry experience, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with questions from the audience.
The Spotlight Interview will offer a unique opportunity to hear first-hand perspectives on technical and operational challenges in modern ship management, as well as the evolving role of digitalisation and crewing in the shipping industry.
