While revealing a contract with Noble Corporation for fluid treatment and solid waste management on the 2009-built Noble Resolute jack-up rig, Soiltech explains that this deal is scheduled to begin in Q4 2025. The assignment comes with an estimated duration of 109 days firm and possible extensions up to 12 months.

This is one of the six rigs the U.S. firm recently decided to sell. Noble intends to operate two rigs, including this one, under a bareboat charter agreement with Borr for one year from signing of the definitive agreement.

Jan Erik Tveteraas, Soiltech’s CEO, commented: “We are excited to start the waste management operations on Noble Resolute.

“By combining the treatment of fluids with management of solid waste on the rig we can provide the most efficient and cost-effective service to Noble, with basis in our our SmartTransfer solutions.”
