SAFESS and PEPL Form New AOP to Strengthen EPC and Fabrication Capabilities

Safess Quality Management Pvt. Ltd. (Safess), a subsidiary of IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ISSPL), and Preci Fab Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (PEPL), a group company of the Applied Innovation & Technology Group (AITG), have announced the formation of a new Association of Persons (AOP) under the name Safess Preci Fab AOP.

The alliance has been established to jointly execute EPC, fabrication, and industrial construction projects across a wide spectrum of sectors, including petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, steel, power, offshore, marine, shipping, and other process industries.

The partnership brings together Safess’s expertise in EPC execution, asset integrity management, statutory inspections, and testing services with PEPL’s strong fabrication capabilities, particularly in static equipment, heavy structures, stainless steel, and alloy-based manufacturing. By leveraging their complementary strengths, Safess Preci Fab AOP aims to offer end-to-end project delivery solutions with enhanced efficiency, reliability, and technical depth.

The AOP will operate from strategic locations in Mumbai and Kolhapur, enabling proximity to major industrial hubs like oil and gas, power and process, petrochemical refineries, chemical and pharma, ports, and project sites, and ensuring responsive project execution across western and coastal regions of India.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Vinay S. Kshirsagar, MD, ISSPL and Director Safess, said: “This AOP marks a significant milestone in our growth journey. By combining the technical strengths and capabilities of both organisations, Safess Preci Fab AOP will deliver enhanced value, quality, and reliability to clients across high-demand industrial sectors.”
