Floatel International in line for work off Brazil in 2026

Offshore accommodation vessel specialist Floatel International has received a letter of intent for one of its units.

The company said that the 2013-built Floatel Victory would provide maintenance and safety unit services offshore Brazil for an undisclosed client.

The assignment is for three to four months. An option to extend may be given after the firm period has been granted. The start of operations is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

This comes after the company won work for the Floatel Triumph offshore Australia. The assignment is scheduled to last approximately 35 days, with the option for the unnamed client to extend. The expected start date is the fourth quarter of 2026.
