Global marine fuel supplier and trading firm Monjasa has hired a new senior trader in Dubai.

Neethu Varghese has joined Monjasa as a senior trader in its Dubai office as of this month, she said in an update to her LinkedIn profile.

Varghese was previously a senior trader at Axiom Global Oil & Gas Trading from December 2024 to last month.

She had earlier worked for Oleo Energy from 2021 to 2024, for GP Global Group from January to December 2020, for Nestor Marine from 2018 to 2020, for Peninsula from 2014 to 2018 and for Matrix Bharat from 2011 to 2014.

The Middle East and Africa took up 33% of Monjasa’s sales in 2024, up from 28% in 2023.
