Transworld Shipping Lines, formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics, has formed a joint venture agreement with 60% partnership with BainBridge Navigation to establish a handysize bulker pool based in Dubai.

Transworld’s current fleet stands at 12 vessels comprising 10 container feeder vessels and two handysize bulk vessels. The company has dabbled in pools before, entering two handies into the Hanseatic Unity Handysize Pool four years ago for a brief period. 

Founded in 1988, Transworld Shipping Lines has been at the forefront of India’s coastal shipping sector.
