The market was today with a mix of activity in the drybulk market. The capes returned to slower activity, the panamax, supramax and handysize all with little better general activity.
The capesizes had again a slower activity and therefore had very minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was better and the market reacted with very minor increasing rates in almost all areas and directions.
For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had also little better activity levels. The supramax tonnage had unchanged positive activity with minor increasing rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with unchanged good activity, and resulted in very minor increasing rates in all areas and directions.
The European coaster market was today with slowing activity levels. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with very minor increasing rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with unchanged rates today and the Mediterranean had minor falling rate levels today.
The tanker market was today with unchanged level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with little better activity resulting in minor increasing rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with little slower activity and it resulted in minor falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
