IC Shipbrokers herewith welcomes you to today’s freight market report. We are giving you an insight in today’s freight market and an update with the latest freight market indications.

The market was today with unchanged activity in the entire drybulk market. The capes had unchanged activity today, and the panamax, supramax and handysize all had little slower activity.

The capesizes had fair activity and minor increasing rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was little slower and the market reacted with unchanged rates in almost all areas and directions.

For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had little slower activity levels. The supramax tonnage had unchanged activity with minor falling rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was also with unchanged activity, and resulted in stable rates in all areas and directions.

The European coaster market was today with slowing activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with minor falling rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with very minor increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had unchanged rate levels today.

The tanker market was today with fair level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with little slower activity resulting in very minor increasing rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with better activity and it resulted in very minor falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
