October CPC Blend exports set in line with previous month, traders say

Exports of CPC Blend crude oil from the Black Sea have been set at 1.6 million barrels per day (bpd) in October, the same as in September, three trade sources told Reuters on Friday.

The September loading schedule remained on track despite an oil leak at the end of August that led to the temporary closure of one single point mooring.

The CPC pipeline is a key export route for Kazakh crude to global markets, with most volumes shipped to Europe and Asia. Russia also supplies smaller volumes of oil into the CPC system.
