Thailand’s Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (Precious) has concluded long-term charters for two of its ultramax bulk carriers, the company said in a Stock Exchange of Thailand filing.

The 2026-built ultramax vessels Ubon Naree and Uthita Naree have been fixed on a long-term charter of 24 to 26 months with Jaldhi Overseas Pte Ltd. based in Singapore.

The charter for Ubon Naree is commencing on January 18, 2026, while the charter for Uthita Naree is commencing on January 22, 2026.

Precious has disclosed in its filling that the two ultramaxes are fixed at a gross variable rate equivalent to 115% of the Baltic Exchange Supramax Index (BSI-63K) weighted time charter average value over the previous 15 days, and that this variable rate currently stands at about USD 14,000 per day.
