Pilbara Ports delivered a total monthly throughput of 71.2 million tonnes (Mt) for October 2025.

This throughput is a 14 per cent increase compared to October 2024.

The Port of Port Hedland achieved a monthly throughput of 50.4Mt, of which 49.5t was iron ore exports. This was a nine per cent increase to total throughput compared to October 2024.

Imports through the Port of Port Hedland totalled 198,000 tonnes, an increase of nine per cent compared to October 2024.

The Port of Dampier delivered a total throughput of 16.9Mt, a 17 per cent increase from October 2024.

Imports through the Port of Dampier totalled 139,000 tonnes, an increase of 70 per cent from October 2024.

Several factors influence the fluctuation of throughput, including changes in market conditions, port maintenance operations and proponent needs.
