The Netherlands-based shipbuilder Neptune Marine has announced with a post on social media the signing of a Letter of Intent with Spain’s Zumaia Offshore, S.L. for the construction of a new multipurpose offshore support vessel (OSV).

Neptune Marine states that the new ordered vessel is a 59 x 18m DP2 multipurpose offshore support vessel, which will be named Saskia B by her owners.

The Letter of Intent signing ceremony between Neptune Marine and Zumaia Offshore took place at the Offshore Energy exhibition in Amsterdam.
