Maritime intelligence firm Pole Star Global has acquired Clearwater Dynamics, a UK-based innovator in real-time maritime risk intelligence and the creator of Coral, a platform for managing marine insurance risk. No price has been revealed for the acquisition. 

Clearwater’s Coral platform equips underwriters and brokers with tools to assess, monitor and report exposure to risk in real time.
