MacGregor’s fourth quarter 2025 was characterised by good order intake and continued solid profitability. Orders received amounted to EUR 235.8 million, which is an increase of 32 percent from the same period last year. Sales increased from the comparison period by 1 percent and amounted to EUR 199.4 million. Adjusted EBIT for the fourth quarter increased by 2 percent and totaled EUR 22.2 million, representing 11.2 percent of sales.

The full year 2025 performance was strong with a significant profitability expansion. Orders received totaled EUR 835.0 million, which is a decrease of 9 percent compared to 2024. Sales increased by 4 percent to EUR 827.6 million and adjusted EBIT increased by 36 percent to EUR 100.2 million, representing 12.1 percent of sales. The profit expansion was supported by higher sales, favourable mix and effective cost management.
