The Wonder of the Seas came back to Port Miami on Monday after a fight injured guests on one of the world’s biggest cruise vessels.

A Miami-Dade Fire Rescue official responded to the medical call related to the incident.

A spokesperson for Royal Caribbean stated that their team gave medical care to the adult guests involved in the altercation onboard, and the guests were being treated for their injuries.

A witness onboard the cruise ship said that he saw people running to the pool area and the children’s pool roped off before the captain ordered the ship to turn back, as one of the injured guests might need hospitalisation.

The spokesperson added that local authorities were notified and are working closely with the cruise line in investigating the matter.
