The Captain’s Table, the premier maritime technology innovation platform, today announced the opening of its sixth annual maritime innovation pitch challenge, with the finals set to be televised live from Hong Kong on Splash on November 20.

The competition welcomes both hardware and software solutions applicable across port, ship, shore, and integrated logistics environments. The 2025 competition targets four critical areas reshaping the maritime landscape: environment, social impact, governance and risk management, and finally digitised supply chain. 

In addition to the $30,000 prize money for the winner, one finalist will also stand the chance to get up to $50,000 in follow-on investment from Portline, this year’s pledge sponsor.
