IC Shipbrokers herewith welcomes you to today’s freight market report. We are giving you an insight in today’s freight market and an update with the latest freight market indications.

The market was today with similar activity in the drybulk market as yesterday. The capes had again a slower activity, the panamax and supramax with better activity and the handysize with unchanged activity.

The capesizes had again little slower activity and resulting in minor falling rates in almost all areas and directions. For the panamax size the activity was fine and the market reacted with minor increasing rates in almost all areas and directions.

For the supramax and handysize dry cargo tonnage the market had again unchanged activity levels. The supramax tonnage had unchanged fine activity with minor increasing rate levels in most areas and directions. For the handysize vessels the market was with fair activity, and resulted in stable and unchanged rates in all areas and directions.

The European coaster market was today with fair activity level. In the Baltic Sea area or on the Continent the freight rates were with unchanged stable rates. The freight rates in the Black Sea area were with minor increasing rates today and the Mediterranean had again unchanged rate levels today.

The tanker market was today with a little slower level of activity. The crude oil tankers were with little slower activity resulting in minor falling rates in most areas and directions. The product tanker market was today with fair activity and it resulted in very minor falling rate levels from the various loading areas.
