Kazakhstan’s oil, gas output up 3 pct in 2025

Oil and gas condensate production in Kazakhstan rose by 3 percent year on year in 2025, the country’s sovereign wealth fund Samruk-Kazyna said Monday.

Gas transportation increased by 9 percent, and cargo turnover grew by 5 percent compared to 2024, said Nurlan Zhakupov, chairman of Samruk-Kazyna’s management board.

Samruk-Kazyna manages the country’s strategic national assets across key sectors like oil and gas.
