Ellerman City Liners, part of GB Global, has acquired Norwegian shortsea operator Viasea Shipping from ColliCare Holding for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2016, Viasea operates regular schedules between the UK, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, and Lithuania.
